Not everybody likes to leave their house to go to an exercise facility. Luckily, exercise can be done practically anywhere by anyone (yes, that’s you fellow seniors!). Including your very own comfortable bed that you probably love very VERY much (I get it, I never want to leave it either!). In this video, I teach 7 leg exercises that seniors can easily do in their bed. For each exercise, I will take the first few minutes to break the exercise down into steps so that it is easier to understand how to perform it. Then, I will do 10 repetitions myself, where seniors can follow along with me! I’ll count out loud to make it easier to follow, and there will be awesome music during the workout for extra motivation!

If you cannot do 10 repetitions, don’t worry about it. Start with the amount that you can do comfortably, and every time you repeat this routine, you will notice that you will be able to do more and more! This will prove to you that you are, indeed, getting stronger! I hope you enjoy today’s workout! Let me know in the comments below if there is anything you would like me to add in my future videos!
***Important : If you feel tired during the exercise program, please pause the video to take a break. You can come back and continue the program once you feel ready. You should never feel any pain when doing these exercises. If an exercise is causing you pain, please stop that particular exercise and move on to the next one.
